Welcome to mobZilla. When you use any mobZilla product or service, we believe
that you should know what information we collect from you, and how that
information may be used, disclosed and/or protected.
To provide you with better service, we may use information about who you are,
your interests, age or gender, where you are located, which services you use,
or other information as described in this Policy. To do this we use e-mail,
text messages and direct-mail to inform you about products or services we think
will interest you. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to
third parties without your consent or as otherwise provided for in this Policy.

What Do We Collect
mobZilla will collect a variety of personal information about users of our
products and services. Personal information refers to information that can be
directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address, gender, age, interest(s), or other
information deemed relevant to a specific person. Any personal information
collected by mobZilla will be considered to be the personal information of the
actual user of the service, and will be treated as such, and in accordance with
this Policy.
mobZilla realizes that our products and services are often purchased by young
people, including minors. If we make available offers and products online where
a child informs us that he or she is under the age of 13, we will ask a parent
to confirm his/her consent in advance of further collection, use or disclosure
of personal information from that child.

collect. Please refer to the rest of this Policy to see how we use, disclose

Wireless carrier, mobile phone number, mobile phone make and model, location
(ie; zip code and or full address), gender, age, products and
services used, how often you interact with mobZilla or make purchases, times of
day of purchases, advertising medium used to make the order, web browser used,
and any other relevant information that you may from time to time provide, or
we may from time to time collect.
Aggregate Information
We do not consider "aggregate" information to be the same as personal
information. Aggregate information is that information we collect in which
individual customer identities have been removed. For example, we may prepare a
report indicating that a certain percentage of our customers always subscribe
to one of our products at a certain time of day, via a certain advertising
medium. This type of "aggregate" information helps us better understand
customer trends so we can better direct our marketing efforts towards providing
new services and tailoring current services. mobZilla may sell or share this
aggregate information with third party companies as needed and where
appropriate. The aggregate information passed on will in no way include
specific customer information.
Who We Share Information With The personal information and/or aggregate data, in
whole or in part, may be shared with:

Under What Circumstances is Your Consent Considered Given

Also remember that sometimes we share personal information with third parties as
necessary to complete a transaction you have requested. When a third party acts
solely on our behalf, they do not have automatic permission to use your
information for other purposes. If you feel there has been an impropriety,
please contact us immediately at info@mobzilla.com , we want to know! For
example, if one of our vendors or partners is sending you the messages on our
behalf, or acting as a messaging gateway to you, and they keep and use the
information we provided to them to conduct the transaction on our behalf, they
would be in violation of our contract, and we want to know about that.
In addition to mobZilla services, we may give you access to third party
services. By taking advantage of those products and services offered by other
companies, you may be providing information to those companies, and that
information about you received by those third parties could be governed by
their privacy policies, not this Policy. mobZilla will always do its best to
let you know if a particular service is governed by a policy other than ours.
Whenever third parties have a role in any transaction, you should review their
privacy policies as well.
Surveys and Competitions
From time to time you may participate in surveys to help us improve our service
to you. Any personal information collected from a survey will only be used for
our internal purposes. Additionally, you may participate in contests, giveaways
or other similar promotions we sponsor. Except as explained otherwise in the
rules for a particular contest, giveaway or promotion, any personal information
you provide will be used in accordance with this Policy.
Use of Cookies
The use of cookies is a standard practice on the internet. Cookies are small

mobZilla also uses session-based cookies that maintain a user's session for
continuity of navigation while viewing the site. Once a user has closed their
browser the session cookie simply terminates.
Use of Web Beacons
Web beacons are small graphic images on a Web page, Web-based document or in an
e-mail message that are designed to allow the site owner or a third party to
monitor the address and other information of the site viewing the item. Web
beacons are usually invisible to the user because they are normally very small
(only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the Web page,
document or e-mail message. Web beacons collect the IP address of the computer
that the Web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the Web beacon comes from,
and the time it was viewed. Web beacons can also be linked to personal
information.
mobZilla does not place Web beacons that link to personal information on other
sites, nor does it permit third parties, other than those working on our
behalf, to place them on our site. mobZilla does use Web beacons itself and may
link a particular beacon to personal information. For example, we may use a
beacon to ensure a user can move seamlessly between technical assistance,
customer service and our online store and still be recognized as our customer.
Security of Information
mobZilla uses the latest mobile and technology best practices to provide sound
management control and technological security of all information collected by
us and our system. For management control, mobZilla uses mobile best practices
to design methods and procedures for protecting your privacy. Best practices
are things like opt-in and out processes, setting default limits on how often
you can be interacted with, and setting control on who gets access to the
information and how, when and where it can be used.
For technological security we have 24/7 monitoring and tracking, the latest
anti-virus and firewalls, and a range of technical procedures that together
provide top-level security.
Opt-in and Opt-out
While it is true that we want to market mobZilla and third-party products and
services to you, we also want to show you the deepest respect for your privacy
as a consumer. For this reason, we provide several ways to opt-in and out of
our services.
You can at anytime decide to opt out or suspend the mobZilla service.
