I am getting a Popup Blocker error message when I try to open the player.
Internet Explorer pop-up blocker may try to block the mobZilla player. You can
open the player without totally disabling the pop-up blocker. On the Internet
Explorer Menu Bar, click on Tools, and click on Pop-up blocker. Click on
Pop-up Blocker Settings and type www.mobzilla.com as an
address of a website to allow. Click on Add, and mobZilla will be added to your
allowed sites. You should now be able to open the player. You should not
need to disable your pop-up blocker.
If you are using third-party security or popup blocker software (like Norton
Internet Security) you may need to add mobZilla to them as well to allow the
mobZilla to open. Follow the instructions included with your software to allow

My firewall may be blocking mobZilla from streaming,
what settings do I need?
Your firewall must allow ports 80 (HTTP) or 1755 (UDP, TCP) opened and free of
filters. You must also allow connections to the following domains:
*.mobzilla.com
*.llnwd.net
Some firewalls, such as Norton Internet Security also contain ad removal
features that may need to be disabled or configured to permit streams from
mobZilla.
Symantec provides information on how to configure Norton
here.
This will not affect your ability to listen from your phone.
