I've installed mobZilla player, but I can't find it! I want
to use it now!!!
Look for the mobZilla icon on your phone to start the application. On many
phones, mobZilla will be placed in the Java games folder after being installed.
Check for it there if you don't see it on the main application list on your
phone.

How do I install mobZilla player on my phone?
After you complete signup of the mobZilla service, click the "mobZilla Mobile Player"
button. A download link will be sent to your phone. Click the link and follow
the instructions to install the mobZilla player on your phone. You can always
get the player by going to (get the player page) or sending MUSIC to 61885.

How do I start mobZilla on my phone?
Click on the mobZilla icon, and enter your phone number and password. Your phone
may ask you about connecting to the internet (which you will need to do to use
the service). Then pick your genres or channels and enjoy listening to music on
your phone!

Are there shortcut keys on the phone?
On the Player tab, you can press 1-5 to rate the song you are listening to.
On Symbian phones, press [UP] or [DOWN] on the phone's navigation/scroll key to
change the volume.

How do I switch between channels and MyMix on my phone?
Use the TABS - Press [LEFT] and [RIGHT] on the phone's navigation/scroll key to
move between the Player, MyMix and Channels tabs.

How do I rate a song?
Rating a song is fun and easy. Press 1-5 on the keypad to display the rating
window. To set or change the rating of the song, press [SELECT] on the selected
rating or use the 1-5 keys to rate the song. Press [BACK] to cancel changing
the rating of the song.
Rating a song high will make it play more often and will also play more songs
like the ones you like, rating a song low will make it play less often.

Can I rate an artist or album from my phone?
No- on the mobZilla mobile player, you can rate the song that is playing. You
can rate the artist and album of the song from the web.

How do I change MyMix on my phone?
To view and update MyMix preferences, move to the MyMix tab by pressing right on
the navigation/scroll key. Check and Uncheck styles using [ENTER] on the
navigation/scroll key, or by using the [SELECT] softkey. Selecting a style
group (like Rock) will add all musical styles within that group to your mix.
You can open and close a style group with the [EXPAND] and [COLLAPSE] softkey
and [SELECT] individual styles. A playlist of music will be generated from all
checked styles and will play when you listen to MyMix.

Can a set MyMix weightings from my phone?
No- you can only set MyMix weightings from the Web at this time. However, genre
weightings you set from the Web will apply to your MyMix playlist when you
listen from your phone.

How do I change to a different channel on my phone?
Go to the Channels tab to browse a list of all channels available to your phone
on the mobZilla service. To access the channels tab press the navigation/scroll
key to the [RIGHT] until you are on the Channels tab. Inside the Channels tab
you can scroll through the list of available channels by pressing [UP] and
[DOWN] on the navigation/scroll key.

How do I find out more information about a channel?
To get more information about a channel, press the [INFO] softkey.

Can I pause and skip on the phone?
You can PAUSE by pressing [ENTER] or [SELECT] on the navigation/scroll key to
pause or play the currently listed song. You can also pause the currently
playing song by selecting [PAUSE] in the menu. To SKIP, press the [SKIP] button
to immediately jump to the next song in the playlist.
Hint: You cannot skip a track until it begins playing.

How do I change the volume of my music?
Use the built in volume buttons on your phone to change the volume. On Symbian
phones, pressing [UP] or [DOWN] on the phone's navigation/scroll key can also
be used to change the volume.

Can I receive phone calls while I am listening to music?
Yes- you can receive phone calls while using the service. The phone will stop
music playback and ask you if you want to accept the call. When you are done,
end the call and reopen the player. On some phones, the player will restart
automatically, on others you will need to press PAUSE or PLAY to restart your
song.
