FAQ
Can I rate a song multiple times?
You can rate a song each time you hear it. mobZilla will display your most
recent rating of each song you have rated in the player.

What does my rating do?
Your rating lets us know if you want to hear the song more often. Your input is
gathered with other listener input and used to help determines how often a song
is played. mobZilla then determines top charts based on ratings from members so
your ratings play a big part!

When can I rate a song?
You can rate a song while you are listening to it, or you can also rate a song

What is MyMix?
MyMix is a unique feature of the mobZilla player that not only lets you pick
which genres of music to hear, but also lets you pick (or weight) how much of
each to hear. This allows you to truly customize your listening experience.
In MyMix, you can personalize your listening time by choosing multiple genres
and letting the service shuffle songs from each genre for you. You don't have
to listen to one genre of music at a time, but instead can listen to multiple
genres with titles selected from the genres you choose and based on your
ratings. It works like shuffle mode on an MP3 player or multi-CD changer,
randomly selecting songs from genres you choose.

If I change MyMix on my phone, does it also change
MyMix on the web?
MyMix settings are shared on your account, so selections you make on either your
mobile phone or Web will be selected on BOTH players. You can only set MyMix
weightings from the Web at this time. However, genre weightings you set from
the Web will apply to your MyMix playlist when you listen from your phone.

What is the difference between MyMix and a Channel?
MyMix allows you to be your own DJ and pick how much of different genres of
music you want to hear.
Channels are professionally programmed stations that may feature a genre,
artist, or album. Some channels feature music that has never been released.

How do I change channels?

"listen now" button to the right.

How do I switch back to MyMix after listening to a
channel?
You can do this a number of ways. Either click on the Listen Now! button to the
right of the MyMix Description on the Channel Tab, or go to the MyMix tab and
click on Listen Now! in the lower right corner of the player.

Can I adjust the amount of music I hear from a specific
genre?
Yes! This is one of the great features available on mobZilla. Click on the MyMix
tab, select your genres, and assign a higher number to a genre that you want
more music, and a lower number if you want to hear less. You must select more
than one genre to use this feature. MyMix settings are shared on your account,
so selections you make on either your mobile phone or Web will be selected on
BOTH players.

I got the [DMCA ERROR MESSAGE] - what do I do?
This means you no longer have content available in the genre(s) you have
selected. The genres and channels are programmed so you should not get this
behavior with normal listening. But excessive skipping can cause a DMCA error.
If this happens, select more genres or a new channel and continue listening.

Why can't I skip?
