I am not receiving my activation message, what
do I do?
Your phone must be on, and you must be able to receive text messages on your
phone. Prepaid subscribers of Cingular or T-Mobile may not be receiving
activation messages because they are not supported at this time. Make sure you
entered the correct phone number and carrier. There may sometimes be a delay in
receiving activation messages on your phone. If you are still are not getting
the activation message, you can email mobZilla support at help@mobZilla.com - we respond within one business day to all support
emails. Be sure to INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER and CARRIER in the e-mail as well
as a description of the problem.

Will I be charged during my complimentary trial?
mobZilla will NOT charge you during signup, activation, or the complimentary trial of
any mobZilla service. Your carrier may charge you fees for text messaging
and/or data usage depending on your wireless plan.

My carrier is not on the list - is it supported?
We only support carriers that are listed on the website. If you do not see your
carrier listed, contact them and let them know you would like to get the mobZilla Mobile Player on your phone.

Will I receive marketing messages on my phone?
mobZilla will never sell your number or send unsolicited messages to your phone.

Is mobZilla available in my country?
mobZilla is currently only available in the US. Watch this space. We will let
you know as soon as the service becomes available in more countries.

I am not receiving my daily messages what's going on?
Your phone must be on to receive messages. If you are a prepaid subscriber, you
may not receive messages if you do not have enough credits on your account. If
your phone has been off or out of service for an extended period of time, your
subscription may have been cancelled. To find out what mobZilla services you
are subscribed, click on the My Account page on
this Web site. Or, you can send the message HELP to 61885 and mobZilla will
reply with a list of your subscribed services.
