Is it free to signup for the mobZilla service?
mobZilla will NOT charge you during signup, activation, or your
complimentary trial of any mobZilla service. Your carrier may charge you fees for
text messaging and/or data usage depending on your wireless plan.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for mobZilla
service?
No - you do not need a credit card to signup for mobZilla! All you need is a
mobile phone to begin your complimentary trial of any mobZilla service.

Why do I need to enter my phone number to sign up for
mobZilla service?
mobZilla uses your mobile phone number to verify US resident. The activation
process confirms that you are the owner of the phone and you accept any charges
that may occur while using mobZilla services.

I have a prepaid mobile phone - can I use mobZilla?
Currently, mobZilla does not work with prepaid mobile phone accounts on
Cingular, AT&T and T-Mobile.

How do I find out what mobZilla service I am subscribed to?
To find out what service you are subscribed, click on the My
Account page on this Web site. Also, you can send the message HELP to
61885 and mobZilla will reply with a list of your subscribed services.

How much does mobZilla cost?
After your complimentary trial, the cost of each service varies depending on your
carrier. Your carrier may charge you for text messaging and/or data usage may
still apply depending on your wireless plan.

How much does mobZilla Player cost?
mobZilla player is available to you for free as long as you have a Top Charts
subscription. Using mobZilla Player on your mobile phone DOES NOT use your
voice minutes, but it does use data service. You may want to look at purchasing
an unlimited data plan from your carrier if you plan on using mobZilla
frequently from your mobile phone.

from my phone?

The price of mobZilla daily messaging varies based on the carrier. Your carrier
may also charge you additional text messaging fees depending on your wireless
plan. Pricing for your carrier will be displayed when you signup for the
service, and in a text message when your subscription renews.

The price of mobZilla daily messaging varies based on the carrier. Using

How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel a subscription from the my account page
on this site or you can send STOP to 61885 to cancel the service sent to you
most recently. To cancel all mobZilla services, send STOP ALL to 61885.

How do I know if I have been charged for a mobZilla
service?
mobZilla will send you a text message (from 61885) notifying you when you have
been charged for a service. mobZilla bills monthly for all services in the US.

How do I find out how much of my subscription is
remaining?
Send HELP to 61885 to receive a message telling you how much of your current
subscription is remaining.
I have received a charge for a service that I
never signed up for, what do I do?
First, please verify that the service is from mobZilla. When mobZilla bills you,
we send you a text message with the amount you were charged. Make sure this
message is from the number 61885 - if it is not - you were billed by another
service.
If you are still being charged for the service and want to cancel it, see "How
do I cancel a subscription" above.

it, what do I do?
