MOBZILLA AND VOY PARTNER TO DELIVER LATIN RADIO STATIONS TO MOBILE PHONES

Exclusive Partnership Gives Consumers Anytime, Anywhere Access to VOY's Latin Music Stations

LOS ANGELES - September 11, 2006 - mobZilla, the first global digital entertainment provider for mobile phones with an integrated online service, and VOY, a leading U.S. Latin media company, announced here today at the "Billboard MECCA at CTIA" mobile entertainment conference a partnership to launch seven top VOY-branded Latin Music radio stations for mobile users across the nation: Reggaeton, Pop Hits, Latin Ballads, Tropical, Regional Mexican, Classic Rock and Indie Discovery.

Latino consumers in North America are among the heaviest users of advanced mobile features. According to a report released by the Pew Internet & American Life Project in April, 2006, English-speaking Latinos considerably over-index, compared to non-Hispanic consumers, in their use of text messaging, playing games and listening to music.

"VOY serves millions of consumers through the platform of their choice. With this new partnership with mobZilla, our customers will now be able to take the VOY music experience with them anytime, anywhere through their mobile devices. This is an important extension of VOY's ubiquity strategy," said Alejandro Cosentino, general manager of VOY Communities. "Offering mobile Latin music radio stations and integrated text messaging campaigns is a great way to connect with our fans, and mobZilla is a strong partner to deliver those solutions for us."

The VOY mobile radio stations will be marketed on the VOY Music portal (www.voymusic.com), reaching more than two million unique visitors per month, and through the mobZilla music service, where fans can sign up for free channel previews. Additionally, both companies will promote the service through such activities as text message opt-in campaigns, online marketing and email outreach.

"As a leading Latin portal, VOY is uniquely positioned to serve the fast-growing U.S. Hispanic population," said Mike Pinto, chief executive officer of mobZilla. "This is a highly sought after demographic with an affinity for mobile services, and we are pleased to be working with VOY to bring mobile radio to the Latin and cross-over markets."

"This partnership with mobZilla will give our consumers yet another way to connect with VOY and their favorite Latin entertainment. Mobile use among Latinos continues to significantly outpace the mainstream market, and we look forward to delivering more innovative services that empower these consumers," said Fernando Espuelas, chairman and CEO of VOY.
