Rick Walker: Music Licensing

Rick has contacts throughout the music industry including record labels, music publishers, performing rights organizations and artist management companies and helps lead mobZilla's music licensing and content strategies.

Prior to his involvement with mobZilla, Rick served as Vice President of Record Label Relations at Vivendi Universal Net USA and ran the company's online initiatives on behalf of its many music industry clients. He also served in a similar capacity at MP3. Prior to this, Rick served as Vice President of Finance at MP3.com and was a key member of the IPO team that raised $384 million, which at the time was the largest IPO ever by an independent Internet company. He also held a number of financial management positions at QUALCOMM over an eight year period including head of finance for the company's Eudora Internet Email Software Division.

Rick received his BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of San Diego.

Derrick Oien: Digital Media

Derrick is an experienced operations executive with an extensive background in entertainment, media and technology. He has deep knowledge of the Digital Music Space, in particular from his experience with leading edge product development at MP3.com and his extensive experience with intellectual property issues associated with Digital Music. Currently Derrick is President and Co-founder of Intercasting Corporation, a developer of wireless consumer applications. In addition to his role at Intercasting, Derrick provides consulting services to technology companies regarding technology, content, and youth marketing.

Prior to co-founding Intercasting Corporation, he was President of Vivendi Universal Net USA, ("VUNet USA"), a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal (NYSE: V) that operated MP3.com, Rollingstone.com, eMusic, and Trusonic from December 2001 until April 2003. Prior to Vivendi, Derrick was COO of MP3.com. Previously Derrick has held a variety of positions with companies such as Universal Music Group, Computer Sciences Corporation, BDO Seidman, and Sony Pictures Studios in primarily operations or technology roles.

Derrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University Los Angeles with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems.

Giovanni M. Soleti: Investor Relations

Giovanni is Senior Advisor of Corporate Finance Partners International, and VP and General Manager of SIEI America. Prior to this Giovanni was Vice President of Business Development for Wireless Fire LTD, a US mobile entertainment company. From 2001 to 2002 he was Senior Manager at Management Solutions, Augsburg, Germany, a Marketing and Sales strategy consulting firm for fortune 500 companies in Germany. From 1996 to 2000 Giovanni was Co-Founder and Executive VP of aeonware AG, an ecommerce software company. Prior to that he was CEO and Co-Founder of Creative Group SRL, a Marketing and Multimedia Company in Padova, Italy.

Giovanni is a graduate of University of Venice, Italy.

Michael Mildenberger: Investor Relations

Michael manages the US office of Corporate Finance Partners and is the Managing Director of Corporate Finance Partners International. Prior to this he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Wireless Fire LTD, a US mobile entertainment company. From 1996 to 2000 Michael was Co-Founder and CEO of aeonware AG, an ecommerce software company. Prior to this, he worked for DaimlerChrysler IT Services.

Michael holds a degree in Political Economics with special field in Latin America from the Eberhard Karls University in Tuebingen, Germany.

Malcolm Ryker: Radio Programming and Production

Malcolm brings his 20 years of radio programming, music directing, production, and creative services to mobZilla to bring the overall life force to our product. He also has 20 years of quality relationships with programmers, record industry types, bands and band management firms.

As the Assistant Program Director/Creative Services Director for Clear Channel Radio 91x and Star 941. Malcolm also has his hands on the 30 year heritage Classic Rocker 101.5 KGB. On the production and creative services side, he works with over 15 Rock and Alternative Rock stations across the country both producing and voicing stations. Malcolm can also be heard on the Discovery Channel, MTV, The Learning Channel, and DIY, The Do It Yourself Network. Malcolm is represented by Atlas Talent Agency of New York.

Malcolm received his BS in Radio and Television, with an emphasis in production and performance and a minor in drama from Arkansas State University.
