Domino is the name used by more than one person/artist, including a Eurobeat singer, a West-Coast Rapper, and an American rock band. 1. Domino comes from Long Beach, California. Domino's "Getto Jam" and "Sweet Potatoe Pie" were pop and R&B hits from his self-titled debut LP, issued in December 1993. Three years later, Domino released his second album, Physical Funk, which was not as successful as its predecessor. A third album, Dominology, followed in 1997. D-Freaked It marked his long-awaited follow-up in summer 2001. 2. Domino's real name is Alessandra Mirka Gatti, and goes by Juliet as well as Domino. In 1988, Domino released her first song called "Fever" through the label Discomagic. Since founding A-Beat-C with Dave Rodgers in 1990, she has released 2 albums, 2 singes, and countless numbers of popular songs which has made her one of the most well known and accomplished female Eurobeat artists in the industry. In this stage of her career, she is now focusing more on producing music rather than singing, which has brought her to write songs for fellow A-Beat-C artists like Lolita, Go Go Girls, and others. It was also rumored she married her musical partner Dave Rodgers, and they had a son. 3. Domino is an NYC band made up of Domino Kirke on vocals, Jordan Galland on guitar, David Muller on bass and Sam Koppelma on drums. David Muller was raised in Hong Kong and spent his youth making music on drums, bass, guitar and trumpet. Sam Koppelman the drummer, auditioned to be the drummer of digible planets, and got the job, but was later declined when they found out his age: 15. Jordan Galland is from New York City. Domino Kirke himself was brought over from England at the tender age of 12 and by age fifteen, was performing in NYC.
